Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. Policies

• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
• I reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any commission at my discretion.
• I do NOT create:
   ◦ Depictions of minors.
   ◦ Depictions of femboys.
   ◦ Original character designs (you must provide clear references).

2. Process

• I work on one commission at a time.
• Provide a clear character reference; I do not design from scratch.
• Progress updates may include watermarks to prevent theft.
• Estimated completion is within 7 days, but may take up to a month depending on complexity and schedule.
• Models are created exclusively for Minecraft Java Edition and are only compatible with the Figura Mod.

3. Payment & Delivery

• Payment is due in USD via Ko-Fi once you approve the initial draft.
• No refunds are offered.
• Finished models will be delivered via Discord, email, or Google Drive.
• I will only send the final commission files after payment has been received.

4. Revisions

• Commissions include 3 minor edits after the draft is approved.
• Any significant changes after approval will incur a fee based on the work required.
• Fixes for minor technical issues after delivery come at no additional cost.

5. Usage & Rights

• Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use requires a prior agreement and additional fees.
• I retain the copyright to the commissioned work.
• You may share my work on websites or social platorms.
• You may NOT alter, redistribute, or profit from the commissioned work without my consent.
• I retain the right to display the work online or in my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
• Strictly Prohibited Use: The commission shall not be used for:
   ◦ Blockchain technology, NFTs, or cryptocurrency.
   ◦ AI training, datasets, or any AI-related tools.
